I had been taking Nutricost NMN for about a month when I recorded this review. My bottle was almost empty, with exactly two capsules left. Rather than make claims about health benefits, I focused on details I could show: the capsule size and how easy the capsules were for me to swallow.
The label lists a serving as two capsules containing 500 milligrams of NMN. The supplied seller listing says each bottle contains 60 capsules, providing a 30-day supply when taken as recommended.
Capsule size and texture
I would describe the capsules as smallish to medium-sized. I have large hands, so keep that in mind when judging their size in the video.
I generally have trouble swallowing pills, especially rough caplets and some multivitamin-style tablets. These capsules have been easier for me. I can swallow two together without difficulty, and they have not caused the gagging I sometimes experience with other pills. In the video, I swallowed both remaining capsules at once without a problem.
That was my personal experience. Capsule size and swallowing comfort are subjective, so someone else may feel differently.
The pill-swallowing technique I use
I also demonstrated a technique that has helped me personally. Instead of tilting my head back when swallowing pills with water, I tilt my head down. I cannot remember where I learned this technique, but I was able to swallow both capsules that way during the video.
What this review does not cover
I am not making claims about health benefits or medical outcomes. I had been taking this supplement under the supervision of my physician. Anyone considering a supplement should discuss it with an appropriate healthcare professional.
After about a month of use, I found these capsules easy to swallow despite generally having trouble with pills. The video provides a close look at their size and shows me taking the two-capsule serving.
