I got this bedazzling kit for my daughter, and she let me open it before she did. I had never tried bedazzling myself, so this was mainly an unboxing with a very quick look at what she could make with it.

I suspect the age guidance relates to the adhesive and small pieces, but that is only my guess rather than a stated reason from the seller.

During the unboxing, I saw the adhesive, instructions, tweezers, pencils, and trays. Everything was organized so we could see the colors and tools without having to sort through one mixed container.
I was especially impressed by the tweezers. They felt like quality tools during this brief handling, and I joked that I might steal some for myself. The kit appears well equipped for getting started without first collecting separate tools, although I did not complete a project myself.
My daughter provided the only actual project test. Within a few minutes of opening the kit, she had already added rhinestones to her phone case. She told me the glue felt very strong. I rubbed the attached stones with my finger, and none came off during that quick check. That is encouraging, but it was not a long-term durability test, so I cannot say how the adhesive will hold up with extended use.

We only tried them on a phone case, so those other applications remain listing suggestions rather than projects we tested.

More importantly, my daughter started using it right away and was happy with how firmly the first rhinestones attached.
