NX AAA Battery 36-Pack Review: Voltage Check and review video preview

I tested several batteries from this 36-pack of NX AAA batteries, then started using them in devices around the house. So far, they’ve worked well.

The packaging has been especially practical. The box contains a mix of four-packs and two-packs instead of one uniform package size. I’ve already opened all the two-packs. Since many of my devices take either two or four AAA batteries, I can open the amount I need without leaving loose extras from a larger pack.

I also checked multiple batteries with a meter. The reading shown in the video was around 1.6 volts, and I had seen slightly higher readings earlier. Based on those initial readings, the batteries I checked appeared good. This was only an initial voltage check, not a battery-life or long-term storage test.

I installed some of the batteries in other devices around the house, and they’ve been working well so far. I didn’t compare their runtime with another brand, so I can’t say how long they’ll last relative to other options.

The seller describes these as disposable 1.5-volt alkaline AAA batteries and says the package contains 36 batteries. The listing also says they should not be recharged. It claims a 10-year shelf life, but I didn’t test that claim.

My early experience has been positive. The batteries I checked arrived with good initial voltage, those I’ve used have worked well, and the mix of two-packs and four-packs suits the devices I use.
